This qualification addresses work in client homes and other community settings under regular supervision within clearly defined organisational guidelines and service plans. Electives

Electives are created in accordance with the national packaging rules to best reflect the current needs of industry.  Your ICM qualification coordinator can discuss the suitability of each elective to your students.

Duration of Study

Students are required to be employed in their chosen field of study to enhance their ‘on-the-job’ learning.  They need to be supervised by a qualified staff member and working a minimum of 16 hours per week.  It is anticipated students will take 12 month to complete this qualification.
