New Existing Worker Traineeship
The Certificate III in Health Services Assistance has just been allocated traineeship funding for Existing Worker Trainees. This means that you can now get funding for your Operating Theatre Technicians to gain a qualification in the role that they have filled for many years.
This is a great opportunity for these valuable employees to get a qualification that recognises their skills and commitment to your hospital as well as kick-starting their career pathway towards a supervisor role or a position as an Anaesthetic Technician.
